You must be at least 13 years old to use Trelloid. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Trelloid in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except as permitted by law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Trelloid, including boards, lists, cards, and related materials. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Trelloid available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Trelloid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trelloid and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Trelloid at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trelloid after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
